• No smoking anywhere on the premises including decks and patio.
• Outdoor grill must be cleaned after each use. If not we will pass on extra cleaning cost.
• No pets allowed
• Children allowed - ages 0-17
• No baby bed or equipment provided
• No adults on bunk beds
• Parking: There is no assigned parking - parking provided in front or close to house
• Rental guests are not permitted to bring their boats into the community entrance. You may use a nearby public boat ramp and parking.
• Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
• Vehicle and driver’s information is required for the gate community access
• Country club amenities are not accessible for short-term renters

Additional Notes

During this time the subdivision is replacing all water lines. There may be times you could see discoloration in the water. This is normal while this is going on. We suggest you use our filtered water pitcher for drinking or bring your own water bottles.
